Intro/Ch 1-5
It is quite intense, v theory heavy to lay the groundwork for somatic work. Takes time to process, so I’ve reread chunks to absorb different nuggets each time and reinforce.
Particularly like TIMES model. Have found it helpful to scribble notes/highlight in the physical book. Audio book v useful for exercises not to keep interrupting to read. Really identify with concepts if a little clunky at times.

Started the introduction & most of chapter 1.
I love that my work and self processing over the last 2 years means that I understand the framework suggested, around Being, and the space between Being and observing the mind.
I have many questions I’d like to explore and reflect on through reading this book. But the beginning feels like I’m ready and can identify with doing the work outlined in the book at depth.
