So far this lives up to the reputation McCullough has set for so many years. I've always known the names Wilbur and Orville Wright but I am now learning in a very personal way about their motivations and persistence.

It's a very easy read and frankly is going too quickly. Just one day in and I'm about 20% done.

Not far in yet but if I finish this tome it will be the longest book I've ever read! I've had it in my library for over 15 years and have never begun in earnest.

Here goes!

Really enjoying it. It's an easy read and largely conceptual in nature, which is good since I have very little experience with Geo-politics and this serves as a perfect introduction for me.

Fiction isn't my favorite to read but I'm coming back to this book tonight for another go!

Very much enjoying it. It's honest.

Good steady stories about an honest American. I didn't realize so very much about Jimmy Carter. Refreshing and sincere. Very much enjoying this book!

Riveting. Almost done and don't want to be!!
