Ever just randomly pick up a book and just get stuck in? It's not that it's incredibly suspenseful or anything (so far), in fact it's rather predictable, but I like the heroine's life so I'm living vicariously through her right now...

Cruising right along, Russell is so readable!

I don't want it to end...even though this is a re-read. Each story is a sumptuous meal to be savored.

Slow, slow-going...I am really struggling with this first section and am considering skipping ahead until after they marry.

No one is more surprised than me for not devouring this tome like I thought I would. It's painful to see Shirley in this light...

Oh dear...I am not a Stanley fan, and these letters do not help his cause in my eyes. I fully realize I haven't gotten far enough along in the book to make any judgements yet, but I am looking forward to getting past the dating years...sigh
