As a younger man in Central America, I knew a lot of kids who loved this series -- they grew up on the anime. And...uh...this is certainly a manga. Yep. I mean, the pacing is all over the place -- nothing happened for the first three chapters, then some really lackluster battles occurred for the final two. I think I'm just going to focus on carrying on with One Piece and re-read Chainsaw Man... This is a mess.

Ahhhhhhhh, the Necrons! Imagine the Terminator...except it has the brain of an ancient pseudo-Egyptian alien from the dawn of time. Now imagine entire PLANETS filled with them, all hibernating until some idiot decides it's time to plunder that weird alien "tomb" over there... Again, gotta love the Necrons!

Not at all what I was expecting, but so far very good!

Magisterial, free from hagiography, and highly readable.
