This book is interesting only when it talks about how different cultures interpret well known Western stories, and how the styles are different. I’m not a fan of how often the author summarizes all of the movies/books/video games again and again lol

I’m here for the romance, not the intricate, step-by-step plan to bring trolls and humans together lol I get that Hamm wants there to be a bigger plot w this but it’s been done before 100 times, in every monster romance
