OMG I hate every character in this book. I'm going to stick it out, but so far I cannot recommend this book.

This guy makes Charles Dickens seem concise and to the point.

I've been having bad luck with my reading choices lately, but I've finally found a good one.

I thought this book sounded good, but it's just a cheesy romance. There are SO many anachronisms it's ridiculous. Also, there are many things this "writer" doesn't even understand about the period. One of the worst books I've ever read

Only a few chapters in and there are already anachronisms.

So far this book is terrible. I didn't appreciate the anti American sentiments peppered in either. Very poor writing.

I read this back in college, but now I'm wondering why I liked it. This is just sooooooo boring.
