Prestige classes are very bland, especially Arachnomancer. Spoiler regarding a major plotline. Overpowered spells, especially Undermaster. Watery Death domain is poorly designed - it has spells that really doesn't fit.

Two chapters in and I'm already reading about a ghoul who's actually a zombie barging into a tavern in the middle of a large town holding the torn foot of a halfling that the zombie somehow managed to tear off... it's like watching a cartoon!
