This book is punctuated by so many sad moments and yet Parini Shroff makes it okay because now you’re laughing with this women at the absurdity of things.

Geeta is truly delightful.

My mom picked this for me to read to day and initially I was like “I’m absolutely not in the mood for this.”

But then I started listening and I am 100% in the mood for Geeta’s shenanigans.

This is so wholesome sweet and hysterical. It’s making a really good change to the traditional Chinese mother trope
