A page turner! Really eye-opening, and rigorously grounded in well-documented scientific research. This is not a diet fad book and it’s not a light read. The author is a doctor and scientist that advises UNICEF and WHO. The far-ranging impacts of ultra-processed food are sobering. We need systemic change and regulation — but the education this book provides is a start. Nobody should be without this information.
