So far I think this is a much better book than Moonraker and Diamonds Are Forever. I still think Casino Royale and Live and Let Die are better though.

Grant better be an interesting character if they are going to focus on him more.

So far the book is focusing on Red Grant. Bond hasn't even been mentioned yet.

I just hope this will be better than the movie.

That right there already makes up for some of the boredom.

This story Drax is telling Bond is actually very interesting. It definitely makes up for some of the dull parts.

Its kind of starting to get interesting again.

Well I am now four fifths of the way into the book and its still boring.

I really hope this book gets interesting soon.

I am debating whether to give this one three stars or four.

Well, I am now a third of the way through and it is already kind of boring.

I'm kind of skimming through this book now.

I'm over halfway in and so far I think this is my least favorite Bond novel. But it's miles better than the movie.

I don't like this one as much as the previous two.

Didn't get a chance to read any of this book today. Oh well.

I am now about halfway into this book and already I think that the other two were better. It is however redeemed by good characters and good writing.

Okay, its kind of interesting now. I'm hoping that unlike the other book I was reading This Present Darkness that the characters and writing will make the book interesting.

Like I said this is definitely slower than the other two novels. I just hope something interesting happens.
