my wife did not react kindly to my request to have a funeral effigy made entirely out of cinnamon when I shuffle off this mortal coil. We can't all be Sulla, I guess.

I would really like to slow down my reading here b/c I can tell Sulla's about to croak and I'm never emotionally ready for that. Alas, schedules must be kept.

I forgot Sulla is dealing with a rampagingly untreated diabetes problem, and that hits close to home. Talking about an itchy face I was just like "ok that's weird" but then putting it together with hypersensitive skin that I get when high and realizing what he had was kind of a frightening oh-s*** moment.

This is running a little too kitschy for my taste. Might need something to rinse out the cloying sweetness afterward.

Look I know it's wrong but I'm not sure there's a right choice in this situation anyway. I'd march to Rome with him...VIVA SULLA
