So blown away by the gorgeousness of his prose.

What truly great writing feels like. Barry Lopez brings the Arctic landscape and the life of the native animals come alive in a way that even a BBC Earth documentary wouldn't. Who would have thought l would love reading a full chapter about the physiology and behaviour of a muskox or a polar bear. So finely observed and reflected back to us with one-of-a-kind sensitivity in wonderful prose.

What gorgeous writing!

If you cook well, you probably won't enjoy this much. I think it will mainly appeal to non-cooks/average cooks with an academic bent of mind who would like to cook well. I am finding it interesting enough to keep going, and hopefully l will try some of the tips and tricks in due course.

Not an easy read, but a super informative book about the RBI's mostly unsuccessful attempts to sort out the corporate NPA mess. For a lay reader, the sentence construction is sometimes a bit too complex to understand immediately. Ergo, no choice but to dwell and ruminate on the point being made to get to a reasonable level of understanding.
