I have to give up the font is just ridiculously small. Will probably buy an ebook copy.

Thank you so much to my wonderful friend Lina Ribka for gifting this book to me. I’m anxious to let you know what I think of it.

I’m having trouble with this. Not with the story but the physical book. I bought a tiny hardcover that was printed in like a 4 or 5 point font. Must purchase stronger reading glasses to prevent loss of eyeballs.

Whoops. Apparently I skipped two books. Back to this one later!

Very mixed reviews on this so it’s been sitting in my queue for ages. It’s time to give it a try.

I need to take a break from this book. There was a mass shooting less than a mile away (I’m in Thousand Oaks, CA) I could here the gun shots from my bedroom which I mistook for firecrackers in the distance then I saw the news. Can somebody recommend something happy, funny or uplifting to read?

I'm a bit disappointed so far. I've finished the section on director Pedro Almodovar. The majority of the book so far has been detailed synopsis of each of his films with a little bit about the symbolism etc in those films. I've seen all of Mr. Almodovar's films multiple times with the exception of Pepi, Luci & Bom. I don't really think I learned anything about my favorite director whatsoever.
