Strange ... weird ... intriguing ....

Dense in ideas and language but has some truly beautiful passages and explorations ... I am going to read this slowly, over time, to best absorb the concepts of creative visions in science, literature, etc.

So far, a book of wonder ... delightful ...

Really interesting use of a fictional curated photography show to tell a story ... all without any of the images, only the stories behind the photographer and her works of art ...

Meh. Got this book as a gift from my son and I do appreciate Cohen as lyricist but so far, these poems are not doing much for me. The sketches are interesting.

I am reading this book of journal entries in bits, in between other books, and find it fascinating, even though the science is beyond me.

Reading this as collaborative annotated experience with friends ... small bits at a time .. then, making stuff inspired by text and ideas ... perfectly in sync with the book’s idea of improvisation

The comic element caught my attention but really, it’s the exploration of math as a thing if beauty and inquiry — written by a classroom teacher who knows — that has me hooked in this book. Even when I don’t quite understand, I want to. That says a lot right there. Plus, the bad comics are good fun.
