This is a really easy and interesting read — it’s not dry like some biographies. My one quibble with Michelle is this: if you don’t want to be identified (and limited — things were hard!) by your race, then stop identifying other people by their race, especially when it adds nothing to the story. You’re only perpetuating the problem.
