Picked it up after 2 years as a display. I like books with lengthy descriptions (therefore tiring to read) and so E&P with (so far) its 1-3 sentences per paragraph is a good refresher.

I didn't like how Nan was punished. But maybe the reflection really depends on the person. It did her good, though surely it will do me harm. Still, it was a sweet, heart-touching read. A cozy book my heart aches to put down— the world, schools, and mothers shall read this at once.
