I am already in love with this book.

Still enjoying. Doug's style of fiction is very different from what I'm used to, but it has a charm about it that's really endearing.

AH. I missed this so much.

Continues to be a fascinating read.

That prologue was heartbreaking and so very poignant.

Fun and clever premise for a satire, and I'm enjoying so far.

Great introduction. And looking at the table of contents, this is gonna be a fun ride.

I really enjoy the third person omniscient style that Doug employs in this book. It's snarky and fun, and makes the viewpoint clear upfront, which helps in not having headaches later on down the road when all the head-hopping begins. A great read so far.

Really enjoyed the first chapter of this as I edit the audiobook. Snarky, whimsical, and poetic in all the right ways.

So, something happened in the book that was *this* close to losing me, but I think it won me over again. All will be decided, however, as we reach the finale...

I'm at the point in this book where I've started imagining what it would be like as a Burning Wheel campaign, so you could say things are going well.

This book has had some things that I thought were weird at first that are definitely growing on me. Cohen also is doing a really good job with foreshadowing and set-up for Cora to solve problems in the story. Excited to get to the ending.
