I read this kind of fast the first time.. but I'm currently on Nicole's beta read team for The Darkborn Prophecies, and I felt like I needed a little less dark, good ole pirate romance! This is the perfect one. It was her first book and I'm enjoying it.❤️

Not exactly sure what's going on yet... 🤷‍♀️

I'm picking along so slow... since I listen to audios to help fight insomnia, when I have a rare period of getting to sleep easier then I don't hear much story- a trade off I guess. So I rewind to remember what was going on.. and it's a vicious cycle 😂😂
But I REALLY like this one!! I love a good satire and this is a GREAT ONE!!

I've had this book awhile, and while I'm very grateful that the publisher sent me the physical copy for review.. I have re-started it at least 20x. It is an interesting story.. but I'm having trouble keeping my mind attached between the jumping dates and pov's. I am determined to finish it though!

I'm so excited that this was available on the prime reading list, the narrated version! It is an automated voice, but it's really not bad at all. I was hoping for the ebook, but still happy to get it!! If it's as sweet and fun as the other book-- I can't wait.❤️

Just guessing my progress as it only shows the hours. I'm finding this a really funny story!! And thanks to the author gifting me an audio code, I have to say I'm really laughing hard at the narrators voices!! Especially the queen! 😂😂

I'm liking this satire/parody very much.. I'm just slow since I only listen for a bit to help me get to sleep... insomnia. But it is good so far, and the narrator.. wow.. he even does the queen mums lil ole voice really nicely!❤️

I'm still dragging my feet, though I love the 2nd installment of the Lost Brides Trilogy.. but the last part doesnt come out until Nov. I guess I better just finish 🤭😂🌹

I can see I'm not going to be able to give this book the attention I should, so I'm re-shelving for now....🤷🏼‍♀️

I'm using this cute story as my go to sleep nightly listen.. LOL that's why some days I don't get too far if I'm extra tired. 😂 But it really is just a lovely whimsical feelgood magic cottage type ❤️

I'm looking through prime reads free audios to see what other similar books there are, or even this author,, as I simply stumbled onto this. I REALLY love it! If you like spellshop or that type of sweet cottage book.. magic with fae and witch type,, you'll enjoy this one!👍
