Mostly overly descriptive and boring. Not a lot happening but taken 9.5 hrs to get here (audio).
Lesser devil novella much more interesting and paced well. Wanted more.

Also, it’s VERY slow but also skips over information too quickly.

It’s interesting, but other than Cora, the rest of the characters are pretty underwhelming and flat and ignored. I’m listening to the audio version and am over the choice for Ampersands voice by the narrator. It’s grating on me and doesn’t sound robotic in a useful way.

On accident? Ick.

There is too much repetition and reference to surly teenagers so far.
