For chapter 2 it talks about how some presidents since the 40’s know about UFO’s visiting and some were never briefed by our government. Also some of the agencies know and others don’t know.

For a book that is nonfiction it is pretty good. I have read the intro and 1st chapter and it talks about so far what the author thinks would happen if and when, I should say when not if, the governments of the Earth would come out about the planet being told there is life out there.
