i'm really loving the comic because it's really centered to charlie and nick so far! i feel like there's much more dialogue between them than in the netflix film which is so sweet to see! also fuck ben both the real life character and the comic!!!!! ugh!!! alice oseman did an incredible job with casting because the real life does a good job in capturing our cute leads!!

omg wait this is so cuuute! i love how there's so much more dialogue and more focus with nick and charlie's thoughts in this comic so far. alice oseman and everyone who worked for heartstopper to come alive did so so well with the casting cause im seeing similarities, if not exact characteristics with the cast!

my heart fucking aches and hurts for lydia. "what's it like" to be a minority. it's truly the whole complicated "sometimes you don't think about it at all" or "you forget" until people stare at you, or mock you. "people decide what you're like before they even get to know you." oh, my poor lydia is going through a lot. i just wish her family could communicate more and stop the tension cause they only have each other.
