And i feel like the book is trying to contrast the rugged manly nature of the county boy with the efféminant city. There’s this contrast between the two. He can’t find sexual pleasure in the home he has to go else where.

The letter is addressed to he judge for his case, the main character has taken a special interest in the judge and feels like his feelings are being returned, the judge seems to have take special interest in his case.He ends this letter recounting his first sexual experience
