Did some morning reading, at this rate there’s no excuse why I don’t finish the book by Friday Night- Saturday Morning

I ready quite a bit today 💯😁
I’m motivated to see where my instagram accounts lead to! Two mainly, the personally growth one & diet/wellness blue zone one.

The chapter talking about how love is not going to get easier in time, & how within the last 5 decades marriages % have gone downhill, and people are dating less, so I’m going to make a attempt to change and move on! Life doesnt stop the sun is going to keep rising! Do you Gabe for you! I love myself! 💯💪

Making some progress, kinda glad I turned down Sam :/

Anxiety inducing for sure, but the same reason why I’m going to read the “Power of Now” again maybe even start it before I finish this book.

Again haven’t been reading lately, I want to finish the book by Sunday Night giving me today’s free time & 32 waking hours w/8hour sleeps each day!

So far, again the quotes at the beginning of each chapter is hitting harder than the material itself because its about the examples but then again im good at putting myself in their shoes, the thing thats really bugging me is the content itself :/. I know whats missing, I know its not hard, yes i’ll admit its scary but i have no idea how to proceed which is part of the process.

Haven’t been too consistent with my reading but the good thing is that I’m getting back on track on my physical activity and journaling. & tomorrow is my official last day with school so it’ll be good to focus on reading.

Thinking I wanna finish this book by today, and start “The Defining Decade” and get it done by May 1st.

Loving it! Feel like reading & listening to it is helping it stick, but even so I feel like I’m going to go through it again but I’m going to highlight the parts that I think are interesting, things I and people I know can work on, and vocabulary words. Also sticky note words?
