This book has made me consider if the movies sudden change in Act 3 had to do with a lack of an accurate portrayal for Snow. Tom Blyth did amazing in the role, however the scene between Snow and Sejanus discussing trading tributes would've been a great insight into Snow's selfish nature, which lacks in the film until Act 3. I think the lack is due to most of his nature being internal thoughts rather than spoken.
