This is literally so cute, I don’t think this is going to be a five star but it’s light entertainment anyway :)

This is starting off nice. I’m not overly attached to the main character but it’s only the start so hopefully it’ll get better.

It sucks that when I’m reading in my head it’s all perfect and fast but the moment I try reading out loud I choke on spit like what-

There’s something so comforting about rereading a book you loved, it’s like reliving happy memories

Do you know when you’re in a reading slump but then also not? Like, your reading but really slow and its just not as interesting?

Am I rereading this book? Yes
Do I care that there are like 50 books I probably should be reading on my tbr? No, I very much do not

Gigi is officially my new favourite person and probably the only reason I’m going to continue this book. I can imagine her being besties with scones-and-explosions-Xander oh and Max!

I FOUND IT so, about five seconds ago I stumbled over a new book Holly Jackson Is writing 🎉🎉🎉 its called ‘not quite dead yet’ and there isn’t much info or even a cover for the book yet but I’m still so exited 🥳🥳🥳🥳

Does anyone else get really annoyed when people just assume you’re really smart because of reading? Like No, I’m not going to be amazing at the unnecessarily long essay you assigned me because I’m gonna be reading in class instead of listening. And no, I’m not proof reading your writing for you, I’m functioning on two hours of sleep (staying up till 4 reading)
