Oh I know this is already gonna be one of my favourite books this year. I’m already a huge fan of Salem-era witches and magic, but I’m already a huge fan of Abitha - if I was in her time, I know I’d already be burned at the stake.

I freaking love Eloise. I think she’s my fave Bridgerton sibling, hands down.

Achilles is feeling more and more like the reluctant hero. All he wants is to stay is Patroclus in the mountains, but is dragged away by this king father and goddess mother towards his destiny (though I can see why his hate-filled goddess mother tried at first to hide him away). I also feel bad for that princess - she probably really loved Achilles…and she had no idea where his heart truly was.

Yeah I’m not a fan of mom either. I get where she’s coming from, but like, trust your son, cmon nnnn
Anyway Chiron is great and I’m glad he isn’t afraid of the lesser gods or Achilles’s mother.

I started this in 2022. I read the first 35 pages and needed a break. I want to finish this one but I know it’s a LOT.

I remember starting this book in 2022 but never finished it. Based on what I can remember, we have finished the tour in Italy…going to go back a few chapters from where my bookmark was (oh 202) to see if I can remember what’s going on.
