finally starting the book i keep quoting on in my daily life - the book that i keep saying as one of the best pop science books ever written even before i read it ahahahahah

I think bcs I put a really high expectation, the book is a bit underwhelming for me, but I find a way to appreciate this book by digging the symbols, values, and critics and contemplating some bizzare thoughts from the main protagonists.

I started from respecting Marriane to think, "Who hurt you?" and to end up with "Oh wow, those people really hurt you." 😭
