There's too many unsaid things i've kept close in my heart, not like precious secrets but like burning ambers and I think when I finish this book, I'll be able to let go. I think I'll be okay when I finish this.

!!spoiler!! I don't necessarily hate Mu Yao but I am incredibly annoyed. She wants to protect her morals her beliefs and her 'righteousness' without sacrificing anything. She also holds her parents, who were abusive to Ziqi in a high regard. To protect her morals, the one who sacrifices everything is Ziqi, even at the cost of his own life. It's truly a pity, Mu Yao has good intentions but she's blind to reality.
