Listening to this on audiobook, and If I didn't have to go to work today I would have finished this all in one sitting! So much drama and excitement.

TJ Newman is fantastic at writing thrillers. His most recent book "Worst Case Scenario" is my favorite so far. If you were fascinated by Chernobyl, Three Mile Island, or Fukushima disasters you will enjoy it.

Umm...very weird.... It's like you are cooking and someone all of a sudden comes up and throws a bunch of chilis in your pot. That's chapter 31 onward. You thought you were cooking one dish but all of a sudden it's a whole different type of food.

Going to DNF, I really tried but I was bored. Maybe it I was a physicist I would like it. I kept waiting for them to get to the mystery part. That was the thing that drew me to the book to begin with. A mystery book where the characters are physicists is a cool concept.

Physics, physics and more physics...

I have a B.S in Chemistry, and I had to do a full year of Physics as well as Physical Chemistry (aka PChem). We will see if I enjoy this.

Enjoying it so far, my main issue is the narrator doesn't pronounce the Hawaiian words correctly.
Oh and the 🌋lava.. Yah...
