Is this fish even real?

This one is fine. It’s just about habit breaking which is somewhat helpful for my no contact relationships, but only so much. Mainly a lot of short anecdotes about other peoples experiences so if that works for you it’s a good read.

I’ve tried to read this normally but I haven’t ever been able to. As an audio book it’s insane, there’s a whole cast and a soundtrack underneath it all.
