It's taking me a bit to get through this one, partly because we lost our beloved cat recently and I've been struggling to concentrate on reading, but also because I'm finding the dialogue between the MCs frustrating as it feels quite juvenile. But I like the world building and do think there's a lot of potential here, but I think this book would have benefited with a bit more time reviewing/editing before release.
