I got high hopes for this one after reading her other books...

Okay, I KNEW it would be horrible day. Everything that has gone wrong so far:
- I am at home sick & the nurses at school are idiots and can't read a thermometer
- I "supposedly" have a temp. of like 100.2 (*lies*)
- I just ruined my whole family's day by being sick
- I can't go to practice and get better at swim
- Everyone is making a big deal of a RUNNY NOSE, it's NOT PNEUMONIA OR THE FLU!

Man, I don't know what about today (besides that it's Friday) that has made it so all my teachers allow us free time at the end of class. I'm getting in so much reading!! 😁😁

Ugh, I only got to read for like 2 minutes last night!! After practice, I got home really late, so there was time for me to learn a little sign language and then read for 2 minutes.

A Rick Riordan Presents! I have liked almost all of these, so I have big expectations from this one 😉.

Okay, maybe not a younger middle grade novel, as it doesn't go into big details, but it mentions child abuse, but still a good book!

It's pretty good, but definitely more of a middle grade novel, so...

Trying to read slowly because I have until the middle of March, ugh. What kind of English teacher would do that?! Ugh, I'm struggling here. I literally re-read what I had already read last night at like 9:30 because I have homework about it. Like, I'm reading about 3 other books at the same time, so, dearest teacher, please just give me like 1-2 days and I'll be fine. But, no, it has to be a whole month and a half.
