Note: Ah-ha! Dawn was setting Natalie up! I expected that. However didn’t expect Caleb (Natalie’s bf who she was cheating on) to be in on it! Shocker! And he’s in love with Dawn. And Natalie was the reason for Amelia’s suicide who was Dawns best friend in high school & Calebs sister w/ celebral palsy!

Theory: Dawns death is being planted on Natalie. But now by Dawn herself, by Melinda? Seth’s husband who threatens to kill Natalie.

Theory: Natalie was an asshole. Dawn faked her death to plant her murder on Natalie. Turtle mug in the edge that Natalie claimed “fell” but she broke. Wine glass on the edge with Natalie’s fingerprints that should have fallen.

Theory: Natalie prob. killed her best friend that has cerebral palsy…

Note: Dawns friend Mia doesn’t really say much in respond to her lengthy text. Mia have something to do with her disappearance? Is Dawn mentally impaired? Is Natalie sus?

Note: Holy poop. Tricia has killed 5 people & involved in one attempted murder/kidnapping. She’s killed her ex, best friend, other friend, grandmother, EJ, & Adrienne. What the heck. This authors stories involve a lot more than just one murder ☠️

Tricia is PL from the cassettes. No wonder she hates the house. She killed her ex & best friend when they betrayed her.

Ethan is 100% EJ & Tricia will probably kill him when she finds out since she’s already killed 3 people.

But who killed Adrienne?

Perhaps Ethan knows Tricia was hired by Adrienne to kill him & that’s why he’s with her now?

Note: PL tries to kill Adrienne because she knows that she’s a murderer. Adrienne kills her instead. Adrienne probably wanted to use PL to kill EJ.

Note: Ohhh what if all this time Tricia is PL the woman with the traumatic incident from the murders? Did she kill the woman in the floorboards? Who is the person in the floor? EJ?

Funny Note: Author mentions saltines & peanut butter as a snack in this book. She also mentioned it in “The Inmate” 😂

Note; If EJ was narcissistic there was a possibility he was manipulative as well, kinda how Ethan almost seems with Tricia. Ethan also doesn’t have a lot of people close to him. However when all the evidence points to Ethan that would be way too easy… the author wants us to think Ethan so who is it really?

Note: So perhaps Ethan doesn’t plan to kill Tricia because he’s excited for the baby. Perhaps it’s not him but… where the fuck did he get the eggs from?! He said there was only bologna and bread… now there’s eggs?! Sus… pretty damn sus… oh and he’s rich like EJ

Note: Ethan is EJ who potentially killed Dr. Adrienne? Clues:

1. Ethan loves the house way too much.
2. Ethan despises the portrait of her.
3. Ethan knows South African wines just as much as EJ did.
4. Ethan got a job as a CEO & EJ mentioned getting a job that involved dealing with stupid people.
5. Ethan’s parents have passed before Tricia meant them, is his mom Susan?

Theory: Beat the house can’t be sold because there’s somebody living in the walls scaring off the potential buyers.
