All the time jumps keep confusing me ngl

1) I really need the author to stop giving details about 14/15 year old's intimate moments
2) I need more plot in these books than just wanting to have sex but not doing it for pages and pages - just trim the book down
3) I really don't understand how Hughie and Katie are going to get together after this. We only know Hugh as Katie's bf in Binding 13, so like ?? The hell ?? also this history does not excuse cheating!

Loving this plot development of venin being real and Navarre being corrupt - it was starting to drag just with the college stuff. I hope Violet fights her mom and brings down Navarre’s government and that Xaden’s dad turns out to be the good guy all along
