I’m enjoying this book, however, my one compliant is that there were too many actually side characters with subplots from the start. We slowly lose those character interactions and it makes the readers wonder where they are during this entire wedding. Started with a group of at least 12+, all having plots and stories, and now only 4 repeatedly show. Where did everyone go….

“I’m not too young for him” every 5 pages, but the first chance she gets she 1) acts like a brat 2) compares herself to tiny petite children toys… weird flex

I’m so sad to say this but I’m lowkey mad af too. Ali hazel, your writing has so much potential, and has always been great to me. This book was eye opening in a horrible way. This book unfortunately proved to me that you’re not meant to be a long novel writer. Your short form content is brilliant, with plot lines developing excellently. This was far from it and I’m so sorry to say but this is my first DNF
