Als ich dieses Buch dem Regal entnahm, unwissend wer der Autor wohl sei, dachte ich es moege sich um ein soziologisches Werk handeln, dass sich mit der aktuellen Gesellschaft befasse. Nun ist es aber ein Philosophisches und zumindest zu dem Punkt im Buch an dem ich mich befinde, bekommt man eher einen Werkzeugkasten der Analysemoeglichkeiten anhand historischer Beispiele, bspw. philosophischen Meinungen ueber Musik.

Unusual, to read philosophy of somebody that is alive.

useful for the occasional sleeper

Finally understanding why sleep is like it is, why memory forms in the sleep and one knows stuff after awakening not having consciously known before.
