nothing is playing out how I imagined. I first thought this book was incoherent with the plot; it seemed like there was four or five horror tropes that were frankenstiened into one. Now, after reading further, cannot express just how incorrect that assumption was. Usually bookstagram or booktok books are overhyped, this one seems to be underhyped. I will be publishing my first review because this book deserves it.
