I felt like this was a personal diary. It was very difficult to read. I read most of the first two chapters and the last chapter.

Stephen uses way too many adjectives. Less description would work for me.

Another couple fall in love and settle in Virgin River. The story seemed to have a long way to go to conclusion and all of a sudden it was over.

The writing style is irritating. There are too many words in parentheses. There are no chapters. It’s hard to keep up with who is who.

We now have our token homosexual couple. Why do authors think we all like gay men?

I really liked the characters in the first few chapters but the longer the chapters became the more the”star” character at the moment ranted. And raved.

I picked this book up at the library book sale for three dollars. If someone has an interesting life I enjoy reading their biography. Parts of Nicki’s life was interesting but some chapters I had to skim and read quickly.

Not finished. Good plot but book is way too long with minimal action.

I have no respect for John Roa. Between the cussing and unbelievable manner he speaks and treats others in business I am disappointed in him.

I’m Just not loving this book. It seems the author is making every character tougher than necessary.

Frustrated with myself for setting a goal of finishing. I enjoyed book 1 but this one is too goody goody.

Too perfect a story.
The characters had no morals.

Woman who returns to her hometown to sell her deceased aunt’s house. She has to face what she ran away from: her true love, her retarded father, her grandparents who wanted nothing to do with her, and her cranky aunt.

Part comical, part predictable. A quick read.
