Sooooo good! I’m really obsessed with Evelyn’s love life. I love learning something new about her with every turn of the page. Can’t wait to see where it goes.

Kristina/Bree, girl what is going on? How did you slip into this rough rough world where you’ll do anything to get high? I know I’m in for much more turbulence ahead, and I’m honestly a little scared.

Gah, I was actually scared to read Book Lovers, because it was so hyped up. I don’t really understand why since I’ve loved everything by Emily Henry so far - and this is no exception. I don’t want to stop reading, it’s that sweet. I catch myself smiling during every interaction between Nora and Charlie.

Alexis Hall, please please don’t create any unnecessary problems between Oliver and Luc. I love them dearly and only want to see them succeed. Fortunately, there doesn’t seem to be anything detrimentally terrible happening in their lives, but somehow I still feel this dark ominous cloud looming over both mine and their happiness. Please don’t take happiness away from me. I beg you.

Heart hurting.. I wanna cry because it was so good, and then it was just so disappointing. Can I just skip to when it's happy again?

Still currently listening while I write this update, but I keep feeling myself give a small smiled every time Luc accidentally thinks or says "my boyfriend" and then has to correct himself. Luc and Oliver are so in love with each other and I just need them to admit it already!!

I am reading this book again for the first time as an adult, and seeing it through adult lenses the effect is just the same. I remember reading this book in the library, didn’t even check it out. Just sat in the aisle absorbed in the pages, into the story about something I would never truly know about. I wanted more. Every turn of the page, I craved more.

So far I like the idea of this story, although Chloe is kinda annoying me with her constant denial of her feelings for Shara.

Christina and Lauren had me hooked again when I was like a chapter in. I love the relationship between all the characters and I’m already rooting for Millie and one of the best friends 😉

I feel so be for Theo, he believes he’s cured but he truly isn’t. Alicia’s story is becoming more and more intriguing the more I read. I’m excited to see what secrets we learn from Theo’s investigations. There’s definitely something off about this. Also, Theo’s wife is….something.

There’s so many names in this book, and I can’t quite remember the main characters name. Anyway, he says that his free and was saved by his therapist, but to me it seems like he isn’t. He’s still affected by his father, and he feels like he still needs to prove himself. That’s not saved, he’s still being affected. And what’s with Alicia obsession? I can tell he’ll be falling for her eventually.

Since my last update, I found this book much more interesting. More and more secrets are being revealed and it’s making for a much more interesting read for me.

So far this read is a slow one for me. Normally I would’ve finished a book this size by now, but it isn’t my favorite genre so that makes sense. I want to know what happened but I’m too impatient to read every interview and such - At this point I’d rather read the story leading up to their death. I’m gonna keep pushing through though.

Smooth sailing into relationship territory, only to find out some spicy information. Can’t wait to see what happens when this information is told to everyone involved!

Olive & Ethan are so well matched, I love their energy!
