The plot picked up, but there’s something nagging at me that’s going to drag down the review. Spoilers to the way the story is told if you keep reading: earlier, the author was writing about how the robot would have experienced a feeling if it had the ability to. He acknowledged the robot’s programming lacked the ability to feel emotion; now the robot is able to imagine things. It just lacks consistency.

unless this gets better in the next 50 pages I’m going to DNF

Once again, this man is cooking. I loved Evicted and I’m loving this one so far as well.

This book is getting horrifying. I definitely woke up a few times last night thinking about chapter 12.

Yeah, this book is gonna smack

This book and it’s characters are so good. It is a real slow burn though.

So many open plot lines. No idea where they’re going to go. Pretty solid setup to a series!
