Part 3. This is a damn good book

This book has made me take late lunches and stay up too late reading it. It’s made me sad a few times. It’s got a lot of wisdom baked into it. I love the author’s writing style.

Part 4: The Butchering

This is the most beautifully written introduction to a book I’ve ever read.

The second trilogy is being set up at this point and I’m loving it. But I still feel as though the story is being cut short in a good amount of places to make way for multi perspective and the length of the novel which I’m not loving, genuinely is lowering the overall rating for me. The multi perspective is really working well still

While I love the multi perspective I’m starting to wonder if the plot is going to be stretched too thin to accommodate for the length of the book. It feels like we’re still setting the pieces up on the board, not halfway done with it

We got a five star book review getting cooked up folks

The switch to multi-viewpoint is really working and I think the author is really breathing new life into the origins of Red Rising in this one. I can really feel his development as a writer in this one from the first trilogy
