great first chapter. i like that we get to read more about the creatures and about the other worlds. and im glad that odetta and detta have transformed into 1 person which they call Susannah. it was hard for me to remember which one was good and which one was bad. also since Jack Mort never killed Jake. Jake is still alive i hope they find him. i cant wait to find out what happens in the next chapter "Key and Rose"
