Yes, yes, yes, I know I said I didn’t quite love the first book as much as I thought I would. Buuuuuuuut I’ve found myself thinking about it a lot (“Goddamnit, Donut!”) so I thought I would give it more of a chance.
PEOPLE CAN CHANGE THEIR MIND, OKAY?

The parallels between this story and everything going on in the world right now really hits home. 😭😩
I just know this is going to be one of those stories that sticks with me. Get ready for me to be insufferable as I recommend it to everyone I know.

I am enthralled with this book already and wish so badly I didn’t have anything else going on so I could just obsessively read it.

I’m trying to decide if I love this or if I hate it. It’s still a little early to tell. This is my first LitRPG and I gotta say it’s kinda jarring.

While I’m still enjoying this book, it definitely is missing a lot of the *magic* that made manacled special.
