it was already pretty good but now it’s getting goooooood

the writing is a bit rambly, and with good purpose, but it made it a tad hard to get into. since getting used to it, seeing the importance of that style of writing to this story, i am wrapped up in this story. it is a great story so far, and despite being predominantly horror, it has made me quite emotional as well

Addie makes me uncomfortable and I wish she would stop fantasizing about a middle aged man. Aside from that, not too great, but it’s not bad either. if it stays on this trajectory, it’ll get a 3/3.5 bc it’s keeping me entertained at the very least

i don’t really wanna finish this book but ive gotta see it through at this point
