A knave, a rascal, an eater of broken meats; a base, proud, shallow, beggarly, three-suited, hundred-pound, filthy worsted-stocking knave; a lily-livered, action-taking, glassgazing, superserviceable, finical rogue; one that wouldst be a bawd in way of good service, and art nothing but the composition of a beggar, coward, pander, and the son and heir of a mongrel bitch.

“A Little Cloud” a man’s meeting with an old friend makes him reflect on his own choices.

“Could he write something original? He was not sure what idea he wished to express but the thought that a poetic moment had touched him took life within him like an infant hope. He stepped onward bravely.”
