Does it ever make you sad that there’s SO MANY books out there and you’ll never be able to read them all? The world is filled with so much expansive literature from the classics like the Iliad to new and growing YA novels like the folk of the air series, and I’ll never get to experience the emotions and perspectives that come with them all.

When the trope is a character who has no trust in other people so they push everyone away except there's one character who never gave up on them even at their worst

I just started, I love her, I understand her so much <3. I can’t wait to see how these aspects of Tori’s character will continue to come out in heart stopper.

This book is literally DELECTABLE. The characters, the story, the way it’s written. Usually I hate old century England stuff because of all of the old values and scandals but I love that because the main character has half a soul and the male lead doesn’t care about any of it. I love how he cares about corruption and isn’t some rich savior who’s obsessed with her. He has flaws, depth, and his own personality.

So far really good. Easy to read, good plot
