Jesus. I didn't have more than a minute or so to read today, but I can already tell from the first five pages that I'm going to have to take this one in tiny bites to digest it properly. Prose is amazing. Might need to buy a copy to annotate.

Previously picked up this book, got halfway through, and then DNF'd it for reasons unknown. Plan on finishing this time because I keep DNF'ing books and also because I promised myself I'd read a craft book before 2022. This probably counts.

Finished Witch, not yet started on Curse. Thus far, pretty good--enjoyable read, but felt like nearly half the first book was beating around the main character without touching her. Interesting potential setup for Curse, but I somehow sense it won't go the route I want it to go.
