WHY IS 50% OF THIS BOOK SO FAR MADE UP OF HALF SENTENCES??? PLEASE, ITS ‘SUBJECT VERB’ I BEG OF YOU PLEASE PUT SUBJECTS IN YOUR SENTENCES

this book is wonderfully and delightfully HEAVY

it's not a dnf for forever it's a dnf for now, maybe later i'll read this one but i'm just not vibing with it

yet again RF Kuang is COOKING

Already assuming this will be a five star read just because it's RF Kuang, academia, and the physical book just feels GOOD. Won't be starting til Saturday, but I'm absolutely itching to get going.
