The ability (of the narrator/main character)to joke about the climate disaster in this book is waning FAST. 😮‍💨

It’s a chilling feeling—literally sending shivers down my spine—to suspect that someone you’re supposed to trust is giving you bad advice or straight up taking advantage of you.

It’s raising a lot of interesting questions about integrative technology and implanted computers. 😬 Imagine, things that you would normally use devices (phones, laptops, etc.) for, you can now do automatically with just your MIND. 🤯

This book is one of the best I’ve read in a long time. 🥺

A “Dystopian” reality with Government-controlled and AI-monitored marriages… personal relationships under threat of constant surveillance… It raises interesting questions about rights to privacy, healthcare, housing, freedom of expression… 😮‍💨 SHEESH! And to have all those things dependent on whether you have a spouse? I mean, even in “real life” there are tax incentives for married folk. 🫠

I can count on both hands the number of times I’ve audibly gasped and had to pick up my jaw off the floor. Just stayed up for like 3 hours reading almost 100 pages last night because I couldn’t put it down!
