Page 283 (and part 2 in general) of this book may have the best discussion of lust I have ever encountered and makes one incredibly sad for what we lost as male and female when we fell into sin. Lust is a shallow and evil expression of a communion we once enjoyed together and we often do not have the strength and patience to allow the old eternal attraction distorted by lust to return to us.
